Hello loves! 
 Thank you so much for your interest in being a part of our event! Our mission here at The Bloom Exchange Co. is to create a safe and supportive environment for your small business to bloom. Small businesses are our passion, and we want you to have the best pop-up experience. When you're here, you're family! We are so excited to be partnering with Alma Coffee. There's nothing better than a locally brewed cup of coffee on a Saturday while you shop small businesses!  
**Out of respect for our partner, Alma Coffee, baked goods are unfortunately not permitted to be sold during these events. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.***
 
POP-UP DETAILS
 
 There are only roughly 4-6 vendor spaces available at this location. Tents and tent weights are not necessary, nor are they permitted. Pop-ups at this location are sidewalk set ups only. A vendor map will not be provided for these events. You will be directed on where to set up by either Nicole, Kailee or another onsite coordinator the day of the pop-up. 
Date: These pop-ups will be on the second Saturday of each month. 
Time: Pop-ups will be from 9am to 2pm. These are also Alma Coffee's store hours. 
Load In & Out: Load in begins at 8am and tear down begins at 3pm. Please do not pack up prior to this time, unless directed otherwise by either Nicole, Kailee or other onsite coordinator. Unapproved tear down prior to this time may result in denial from future events hosted by The Bloom Exchange Co.
IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION: Due to extremely limited parking at Alma Coffee, vendors will not be permitted to park onsite for the duration of the event. Vendors are allowed to be parked on premises for unloading and loading purposes only. The Bloom Exchange Co. will provide transportation to and from the event site and designated parking area. More information will be sent to all vendors regarding parking upon approval. 
Event Address: 3448 Holly Springs Pkwy, Canton, GA 30115 
Space Size: 6ft spacing. Due to limited spacing, 6 feet spaces are all we have available. Tents are not needed nor are they permitted. Please keep in mind that vendors will be set up on the sidewalk and plan your display accordingly. 
VENDOR FEES
Vendor Cost: $50
Payment Instructions: Accepted vendors must pay upon approval. You will be emailed a link to complete payment via Shopify. 
  If payment is not received by cutoff date listed in vendor approval email, you will be replaced by a vendor on the wait list. Please contact us ahead of time with any extenuating circumstances.
***Vendor fees are nonrefundable, extenuating circumstances aside. ***
