EVENT DETAILS
There are only 53 vendor spots available at this event. This event will take place on The Green Space in Downtown Woodstock. You will be notified via email no later than October 10th, 2024, if you have been accepted. Vendor approvals may go out sooner than this date. Please check your email regularly for acceptance.
Date and Time: November 10th, 2024, from 11am-6pm
Load In: Begins at 9:30am. All vendors must be set up by no later than 10:45am. Tear down begins at 6pm. Please do not pack up prior to this time, unless directed otherwise by either Nicole or Kailee. Unapproved tear down prior to this time may result in denial from future events hosted by The Bloom Exchange Co.
Event Address: 111 Elm St., Woodstock, GA, 30188
Space Size: 10x10 - Please bring your own tent, tables and set up to this event. The Bloom Exchange Co. is not responsible for supplying you with any of these items. Tent weights are required. Absolutely no steaks are permitted on The Green. We want to leave this space as beautiful as when we arrived.
VENDOR FEES
Vendor Cost: $150
Payment Instructions: Accepted vendors must pay upon approval. You will be emailed a link to complete payment via Shopify.
If payment is not received by cutoff date listed in vendor approval email, you will be replaced by a vendor on the wait list. Please contact us ahead of time with any extenuating circumstances.
***Vendor fees are nonrefundable, extenuating circumstances aside.***
